Following consultation with the staff delegations of its plants in Bascharage and Dudelange (both in Luxembourg),聽Guardian is moving forward with聽the accelerated cool down of the Dudelange furnace and merger of聽the two plant legal entities.聽

It is expected that the cool down and the merger will be completed in the course of July and August.

Guardian foresees no disruption to its customers in terms of its ability to supply high-quality float and fabricated glass products.
