Minneapolis µç³µÎÞÂë is excited to announce the installation of the IMMMES Water Filtration system, marking a significant advancement in our commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency.

In addition to the excitement of bringing tempering in-house, the company has introduced a powerful closed-loop water filtration system. With this new water recycling system, 100% of the processing water is now recycled, ensuring continuous machine operation and seamless particulate cleaning and hauling.

Key features of the IMMMES Water Filtration system include:

  • Underground Trenching System: Collects processing water throughout the plant, ensuring efficient water management.
  • Underground Reservoir: Agitates the collected water, preparing it for further filtration.
  • Booster Pump: Pulls water into a 10,000-lb holding tank where sediments settle and are isolated.
  • Filter Press: Forces water away and dries swarf into cakes, making disposal easier and less expensive.
  • Water Redistribution: Grey and clean water are isolated and redistributed to various machines, ensuring no water goes down the drain.
  • Minimal Water Loss: Almost no new water is needed, as the only loss is from evaporation.
  • Purified Water: Cleaned water is purer than the original municipal water, protecting machines and reducing processing imperfections.
