The last 18 months has seen the biggest ever challenges in the window, door, and conservatory industry with the impact of Brexit and the Pandemic.

From facing the impact of lockdown, business grinding to a halt and the floodgates opening to an under-prepared industry experiencing record levels of demand to a supply-chain crisis and shortages of both materials and labour, it has been unprecedented.

But how has the industry fared during that time, and what does the outlook look like moving forward post-COVID?

The Glazing Summit is set to answer all those questions with the 鈥楽tate of the Industry鈥 Report courtesy of leading specialist data supplier Insight Data.

The keynote, which will be delivered by renowned industry consultant Andrew Scott, MD of Insight Data and founder of the Glazing Summit and will provide the most authoritative and comprehensive analysis of the UK window industry.

Andrew said: 鈥淥ur long-awaited current state of the industry report will reveal the facts and figures of how the industry has fared, discuss the winners and losers, and analyse the unexpected trends 鈥 and every company will need to hear these results.

鈥淚 will also be giving my own view on the future of the industry and how it may develop post-COVID. I鈥檝e never known 18 months quite like it for our industry but it鈥檚 not all doom and gloom and there will still be plenty of opportunities ahead for ambitious businesses.鈥

The Glazing Summit, the UK鈥檚 must-attend conference for leading fabricators, installers, and component suppliers, takes place on Thursday, October 21 at Edgbaston Stadium and Conference Centre, Birmingham.

The day will tackle head-on the major issues facing our industry, debate solutions and map out the opportunities ahead, and provide opportunities to connect with customers, suppliers, and peers in a safe, well-managed space

More than 300 leaders from across the industry are set to attend the Glazing Summit.
