Vitro and Steelers Leadership Meet in Pittsburgh to Celebrate Partnership

Vitro joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in Western Pennsylvania to officially kick off their recently announced partnership.

Vitro, North America's largest glass producer headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico, joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in Western Pennsylvania to officially kick off their . Vitro is the first partner of the Steelers in Mexico as part of the NFL Global Markets Program.

To commemorate this historic partnership between two champion organizations, Vitro and the Steelers did their take on the traditional NFL jersey swap. Vitro CEO Adrian Sada received a customized Steelers jersey, and in turn, he presented Steelers Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Ryan Huzjak, with a crystal Vince Lombardi Trophy.

While Monterrey and Pittsburgh are over 1,800 miles apart, the two organizations are much closer, sharing a storied history and commitment to versatility, perseverance and innovation.

In addition to visiting the Steelers headquarters at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex, Sada and Vitro executives visited Acrisure Stadium, which features Solarban® 60 solar control, low-e glass by Vitro. With a solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of 0.39 and a visible light transmittance (VLT) of 70%, Solarban® 60 glass enables significant heating and cooling cost savings while allowing ample daylighting.

With nearly eight million fans in Mexico, the Steelers have the second largest fanbase in Mexico among all NFL teams.
